Included in the fee:

• Personal counselling to help you choose the right program for you.
• Departure package with MyEducation gadgets.
• Assistance with completing the application package.
• Administrative fees.
• Documents required for visa application (if necessary).
• Assistance with completing the visa application.
• Search for a school or school district in the selected country and registration procedures.
• Search and selection of host family.
• Preparation course before departure for both students and parents.
• Return ticket with regular flights on intercontinental routes to destinations outside Europe (departure from London, Manchester, Edinburgh), including airport taxes.
• Health, accident, travel insurance, baggage insurance, and liability insurance.
• Reception upon arrival abroad and transportation to the host family.
• Accommodation with a host family, including board and lodging.
• 24-hour assistance for emergencies in United Kingdom and abroad.
• Meeting after the experience for students and parents.

• Inclusions in the fee will vary from school to school. We can not apply a standard template of what is included and what is not included for these programs.
• Staff will do our best to advise you about what is included in the fee and what additional costs there might be.

Not included in the fee:

• Return airfare for European destinations.
• Cancellation guarantee (can be purchased separately).
• Additional baggage on international flight.
• Baggage on domestic flights.
• Visa fees, consulate fees, and any entry and exit fees.
• Welcome camp (can be purchased separately).
• Any expenses for the administration of vaccines that are not mandatory in the United Kingdom.
• Surcharges in case of special dietary requirements, diets, or allergies.
• Any school meals and school uniforms.
• Any teaching materials.
• Any membership fees for participating in sports activities.
• Excursions and optional activities organised by the school or our representatives.
• Public transportation.
• Expenses for authentication of grades (notary, apostille, etc.).
